We are incredibly proud of our team we have in place. Each one of them comes from a wealth of experience in hospitality and have finally seen the light to join The Sandy’s Group! With lots of exciting projects going on they get to be in charge of their roles and be creative in the way that they see fit. No micro managing but guidance as to how they can improve service throughout our venues / be innovative in the group.
George Sandbach
Managing Director
George started the Sandy’s brand 5 years ago and has since tied all his other companies into this group. His vision is to keep bringing interesting and fun brands to both cities and towns around the Country. He spotted a gap in the market in Oxford and realised this gap seems to be in a lot of cities, if you want help with a project or inspiration for a venue then George is your man.
Grace Steele
Bookings and Events Manager
Grace joined us in July 2021. Having previously been at big corporate companies Grace wanted to be part of a growing independent and we are lucky to have her. Grace is always on the hunt to grow the company and look for new opportunities for the Sandy’s Group to move into.
Will Crofts
Operations Manager
Will joined our London branch in 2020. Will’s specialty is in the drinks world with an incredible knowledge of both cocktails and spirits. Will leads out staff brilliantly with his can do attitude and proactive nature.
